A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 9:00 AM on the day of date of use.

Admission ticket product notices • This admission ticket does not guarantee reduced waiting time • Opening hours may be adjusted due to seasonal changes. • Some facilities or activity areas may be temporarily closed due to seasonal reasons. • Admission tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Resold tickets will be invalid and may result in denied entry, so please take note. Additionally, they cannot be used in conjunction with other service vouchers. • The facility information and content displayed on the admission ticket sales page and printed tickets reflect details at the time of facility provision, which may differ from information provided by the facility or other parties. While we encourage facilities to notify us of changes, we cannot guarantee information remains unchanged. • Some usage conditions may be changed without affecting the admission ticket usage. • Once purchased, cancellations or changes are not accepted under any circumstances. No refund will be provided even if the e-ticket remains unused within its validity period. During peak periods such as weekends, the first bus departure time may be adjusted earlier based on morning conditions. The last cable car to the summit departs at 16:00. Pets must be placed in carriers when riding the cable car. During ski season, pets are not allowed in the entire Biwa Lake Valley facility.
