The vast website has many areas suitable for both adults and children to enjoy.
"Hirugano Highlands Idyll Village" is a theme park featuring animals, flowers, and gourmet cuisine.
The vast website is divided into multiple sections, offering ideas that adults can enjoy and many that even kids will love!
In addition to gardens and pastures, there are children's play areas and adult dining zones.
The park offers seasonal markets and activities that vary throughout the year.
This place also hosts interactive activities for kids from time to time. In summer, you can enjoy stargazing and honey harvesting experiences, while winter brings snow play opportunities.
In addition to the activity, you can also leisurely stroll aroundâthis is a place where you can enjoy food in various ways.
It can be said that Bokka no Sato is a scenic spot where anyone can enjoy themselves no matter how many times they visit.
Farm area for animal interaction
The farm area at Bokka no Sato is especially popular with children, featuring a variety of animals.
In this area, you can interact with herbivores like horses, cows, and sheep, as well as small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs.
The alpaca exhibit also houses alpacas rarely seen on Japanese farms. You can admire their adorable and unique appearance covered in fur.
We also offer interactive experience menus including milking experiences, pony rides, horseback riding lessons, and feeding sessions for direct animal interactions.
You can also see staff walking animals throughout the park.
Flower Garden, where you can admire colorful blooms and immerse yourself in nature
The expansive garden is another highlight of Hirano Kogen Ikuta no Sato.
From spring to fall, colorful flowers bloom across approximately 4.5 hectares of land. These vibrant blossoms stand out strikingly against the vast open skies of the plateau, creating a truly impressive sight.
Flowers are replanted each season, from April to poppies in November. You can admire flower fields in various colors and types, such as water lilies, lavender, and kochia.
Behind this area lies a maple forest where you can also enjoy the beautiful red leaves of fall.
We recommend taking a leisurely stroll through the garden area to experience the changing seasons.
Workshop experience where you can try making things with your own hands
The park also features a hands-on workshop where you can try making various items yourself.
The experience menu includes creating plant specimens, gel art, and wreath making. There's a variety of activities to enjoy, from flower arranging and baking bread and pizza to crafting music boxes.
We also offer kid-friendly menus and seasonal menus.
Making things by hand is a wonderful activity for both children and adults. It should create beautiful memories!
The extra benefit is you can take your creation home as a souvenir.
Gourmet BBQ area for you to enjoy delicious food
One of the charms of "Hino Kogen Ikka no Sato" is indulging in delicious cuisine.
Here you'll find restaurants, food terraces, fast food outlets, and barbecue spots. The park features six types of dining options including houses, bakeries, and cafes, serving dishes prepared with fresh ingredients from the Mino and Hida regions.
Hida beef burgers and curry are very hearty.
We also recommend bread and soft-serve ice cream made with fresh milk from "Buka no Sato."

The park also features a children's area where kids can enjoy active activities.
The children's play area is equipped with large sports and play equipment. In summer, kids can enjoy water play at the nearby Jabu Jabu pond.

A safe play area for preschoolers. Very pleased.

At Hirono Highland Pastoral Village, the red and green trains named "Dot-kun" and "Max-kun" carry various passengers to the park.
Relax and enjoy the flower fields and pastures in the parkâthat's the charm of the road train.
