Course Introduction At Rusutsu Resort, one of Hokkaido's famous ski destinations, you can enjoy private ski or snowboard lessons guided by professionally certified instructors. Our experienced coaches adapt to different learning styles—whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced skier looking to improve your turns, balance, and control. We offer 4.5-hour exclusive private lessons, providing ample time for focused learning and skill development. These courses are perfect for individuals, couples, or small groups seeking personalized experiences. Rusutsu is renowned for its wide, uncrowded ski slopes and high-quality snow, providing the perfect environment for comfortable and safe learning. This ensures international guests receive a consistent and focused learning experience. Whether your goal is to enjoy the snowy views, build confidence, or develop stronger skills, this course offers a safe, effective, and rewarding experience in the heart of Hokkaido's winter landscape. Off-peak season: Jan 13, 2026–Feb 10, 2026, Feb 26, 2026–Mar 22, 2026 Peak season: Dec 20, 2025–Jan 12, 2026, Feb 11–25, 2026 Package details: Group class, up to 4 people. Please select the appropriate package based on the number of participants. Incorrect selection may affect normal usage. Meeting point The meeting point is determined based on the guest's accommodation area, and we will contact you 3 days before the course starts. Other important notes - The adult ski class is only available for participants aged 7 and above. For students aged 3–6, please contact the children's ski school. - Students need to purchase their own lift tickets, rent ski equipment, and buy accident insurance. - Students who need to rent equipment on the same day should arrive at the rental counter 30–60 minutes before the course starts to rent equipment and complete check-in procedures. - In case of rainy days, the course will proceed as scheduled. Equipment needed in advance: Personal items such as neck warmers, snow goggles, waterproof gloves, and high socks are usually not available for rent at ski resorts, so you will need to purchase them yourself. - Cable car tickets: You can choose not to purchase cable car tickets in advance. After confirming your skiing ability with the instructor, they can provide recommendations for purchasing lift tickets. - Please arrive at the counter 30 minutes before the course starts to check in. After check-in, meet your instructor at the designated location at the scheduled course time. - Please prepare your snowboard and other equipment in advance for the gathering. If you need assistance with rental, an additional fee will apply. - The class time is the start time of the lesson. Please use the restroom in advance and dress appropriately (snow jacket, snow pants, and snow boots). Meet the instructor at the designated location. - If you are absent without cause on the day of the class and are more than 30 mins late, you will be considered to have forfeited the class.
