Free admission for children under 3 years old. Children aged 4 and above require a ticket for entry. Children under 13 years old cannot enter alone. This admission ticket must be purchased together with an adult (guardian). The business hours of teamLab Planets TOKYO are subject to change. Please check the venue's website before your visit. (https://www.teamlab.art/jp/e/planets/) *Last admission is 1 hour before closing. Please note that entry will not be permitted after the last admission time. The admission ticket is valid only for teamLab Planets Toyosu Exhibition. It cannot be used for other teamLab exhibitions. Please double-check to avoid any errors. Resale of admission tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased through resale will not be accepted for entry. The museum assumes no responsibility for such cases. Upon entry, please proceed directly to the information desk to present your voucher. No queuing at the entrance is required. If you are unable to present the voucher, entry will not be permitted. Entry is only permitted during opening hours and closing times. No entry is allowed at other times. All visitors who have booked must enter together. Separate entry is not allowed. The admission ticket is only valid on the selected date and cannot be used on other dates. This admission ticket is designed to reduce waiting time at the entrance, but it does not grant you skip-the-line access to exhibits inside the museum. When leaving the queue, please ensure your companions remain in line. If you are visiting alone, please contact nearby staff. The queuing area is outdoors. Please take precautions against weather and other climatic conditions. Please park strollers in the designated area before entering. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to enter alone and must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. One guardian aged 18 or above is required for every three children under 13 (including those admitted free of charge). -For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to visit certain artworks. -The museum is wheelchair accessible, but the visiting route will bypass water-based artworks and artworks inaccessible to wheelchairs. Wheelchair users must switch to the museum-provided wheelchairs at teamLab Planets upon entry. (The quantity of in-house wheelchairs is limited.) Please note that these are standard wheelchairs without any securing devices. -The use of canes and prosthetics is permitted. Depending on your physical condition, you may not be able to view certain artworks. Staff will explain the visiting route and usage rules to you based on your physical condition before entry. -No re-entry is allowed after admission. No refunds will be issued after entry. About the museum: -At the water attraction, you will experience the artwork barefoot. Please remove your shoes when entering the changing room. -Some artworks may wet your feet. Please remove your socks before entering the changing room. -In some areas, the water can reach knee height even for adults. -The water feature artwork utilizes chlorine, with the concentration adjusted to ensure suitability. -We recommend that children bring waterproof clothing or a change of clothes. -If your clothing (especially children's clothing) gets wet, staff will request you to change. For safety reasons, visitors with wet clothing will not be permitted to proceed to the next artwork. If you don't have spare clothes, we offer towel rental services - please dry your clothing before moving to the next artwork. *Please note that this is not a designated swimming area. -Some areas have mirrored flooring. If you're concerned about reflections, please wear the provided shorts or cover-up. -Shorts are provided free of charge. Please consult museum staff if needed. Sizes range from XS to 6L. Please return the shorts when leaving. -Some artworks may not be suitable for viewing while wearing sandals or high heels. The museum offers free shoe rentals. -Some areas may have strong or dim lighting. - If you are visiting with children, please ensure their safety at all times to prevent any accidents. -For travelers with mobility challenges or those visiting with young children who wish to skip certain artworks, we have provided alternative routes. Please consult our staff if needed. Visitors with infants may use baby carriers to enter the exhibition hall. -The museum restrooms are equipped with diaper changing stations. If you need to breastfeed or rest, you may use the first aid room inside the museum. Please feel free to consult the staff if you have any questions. -During peak hours, staff may call out to visitors who spend extended time viewing the exhibits. -For safety and hygiene reasons, luggage is not allowed inside the exhibition hall due to dim corridor lighting, uneven flooring, and some water-related exhibits. If you must carry luggage under special circumstances, please inform the staff. - The exhibition hall provides free lockers. Please store your luggage in the locker area after passing through the entrance. - Locker dimensions: 23 cm (W) x 34 cm (D) x 37 cm (H) -The exhibition hall does not have a cloakroom, so luggage exceeding the specified dimensions cannot be stored. -Please note that luggage exceeding the specified dimensions will be locked in the stroller parking area. - "Resonance Moss Garden in the Microcosm â Frozen Light and Shadow, from Dusk to Dawn" Exhibition: The exhibition remains open on drizzly days.
