If you haven't received the confirmation email within 30 minutes, please contact customer support. Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Free admission for children aged 0–2 Persons aged 16 or above cannot enter alone and must be accompanied by at least 1 child aged 0-15 · On weekends and public holidays when crowds are large, the maximum experience time for attraction facilities is 3 hours. Important Notes: Re-entry after exiting is not permitted. · No refund will be issued for guests denied entry due to failure to comply with the above regulations when visiting the park individually. · Some attractions have height restrictions and require socks to be worn.
