To visit, you must purchase a date/time-specific web ticket. After purchasing your ticket, scan the QR code sent to you at the entrance and each exhibition room to enjoy the experience at your own pace. Photography and videography are permitted for all exhibits. Mondays (open if Monday is a holiday, closed the following weekday) Admission fee ※Free for elementary school children and younger After purchasing your ticket, scan the QR code sent to you at the entrance and each exhibition room to enjoy the experience at your own pace. ※After ticket purchase, an admission QR code will be sent to the email address provided during purchase. ※QR code delivery may take up to 24 hours after purchase. If you do not receive your QR code by your scheduled visit time, please contact staff at the museum entrance for assistance. Please have your reservation confirmation email ready when visiting. ■What to bring on the day Since you'll need to scan the QR code sent after reservation at the entrance and each exhibition room, please bring a mobile device with the QR code screenshot saved. ■Participants of elementary school age or younger Participants of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. ■Post-reservation information The QR code required for access to the entrance and exhibition rooms is valid only during business hours, from 30 minutes before to 3 hours after your reserved time. Example: For an 11:00 reservation, access is available from 10:55 to 14:00. Outside these hours, an error message will appear indicating the time has expired, and access to the entrance/exhibition rooms will be denied.
